Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners. Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services at competitive prices. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and reliability. Conduct pricing and cost analysis to support budgeting and financial planning. Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations related to commercial transactions. Identify and mitigate commercial risks in contracts and procurement activities. Prepare commercial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and opportunities.
