Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Endur Functional or Technical Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring Endur solutions, developing technical specifications, and troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to Endur systems. The role involves close interaction with clients, providing support and training, and ensuring seamless integration and operation of Endur solutions. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in configuring and developing Endur solutions
• Strong knowledge of technical specifications and troubleshooting within Endur systems
• Excellent client interaction and support skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Relevant experience in energy and commodity business processes and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
