As an Endodontist, your role involves diagnosing patients and performing various dental procedures related to the interior of the tooth. You will be responsible for tasks such as reviewing patients" medical history, utilizing dental instruments and x-ray equipment for diagnosis, formulating treatment plans, and performing root canal treatments and surgeries. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining relationships with dentists and practitioners in the field to ensure the best possible treatment for patients. Key Responsibilities: - Review patients" medical history and discuss symptoms and concerns. - Utilize dental instruments and x-ray equipment for diagnosis. - Formulate suitable treatment plans based on diagnosed dental condition. - Perform nonsurgical root canal treatment. - Perform endodontic surgery for canals containing calcium deposits. - Perform apicoectomies to treat inflammation or infection. - Maintain teeth that have undergone root canal procedures. - Replant knocked-out teeth. - Complete comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and progress notes for each patient.
