Endodontist MDS (Fresher, Experienced)

We are looking for Endodonist who can join our Glow dental Team.

• Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat diseases of the dental pulp, nerves, and supporting root tissues, often due to deep cavities, trauma, or infection.
• Root Canal Therapy: Perform complex root canal treatments and retreatment for previously failed procedures to save the tooth.
• Endodontic Surgery: Conduct surgical procedures, such as apicoectomies, to treat infections at the root tips.
• Advanced Technology: Utilize specialized tools, including operating microscopes and advanced imaging, to perform procedures with precision and comfort.
• Patient Care: Develop treatment plans, manage patient comfort with local anesthesia, and provide clear instructions for post-operative care.
• Collaboration: Work closely with general dentists and other specialists to provide comprehensive patient care, with most patients being referred by a general dentist.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment histories.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuing education to stay updated on new techniques and technologies in endodontics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Post-Doctoral Training: A postdoctoral specialty training in endodontics is a mandatory requirement.
• Diagnostic Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities and attention to detail are crucial for identifying complex dental problems.
• Manual Dexterity: Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential for performing intricate surgical procedures.
• Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate complex information to patients and other dental professionals.
• Compassionate Care: Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to patient care are vital for managing patient discomfort and anxiety.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,275.54 - ₹33,054.97 per month

Expected hours: 36 per week
