Endodontist / Consultant Endodontist

We are seeking a highly skilled, dedicated, and compassionate Endodontist to join our esteemed team at 32si Dental Clinic. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and injuries of the dental pulp, providing high-quality endodontic care to our patients. This role requires a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient comfort, and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat complex endodontic cases, including primary and retreatment root canal therapy, apexification, pulpotomy, and apicoectomy.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques, including digital radiography and intra-oral cameras.
• Employ modern endodontic instruments and materials, such as rotary endodontics and magnification (loupes/microscope, if available).
• Manage dental trauma cases involving the pulp and supporting structures.
• Provide expert consultation and collaborate effectively with general dentists and other specialists within the clinic for comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on their treatment options, procedures, and post-operative care in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, including detailed treatment notes and radiographic documentation.
• Adhere strictly to all sterilization protocols and maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in endodontic techniques, materials, and technologies through continuous professional development.
• Ensure patient comfort and manage anxiety effectively during procedures.

Qualifications:

• Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from a recognized institution.
• Valid dental license and specialty registration to practice in India (State Dental Council Registration).
• Proven clinical experience as an Endodontist post-MDS, demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of endodontic procedures.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage complex cases.
• Excellent manual dexterity and precision.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Commitment to ethical practice and delivering the highest standard of care.
