About the Role We are looking for an Accounts Executive / Compliance professional to manage accounting, compliance, and financial operations for our firm. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance—particularly in Tally, GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings, along with experience handling foreign payments, import/export transactions, and bookkeeping. Key Responsibilities • Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records in Tally for the firm and its clients. • Manage invoicing, bank reconciliations, and vendor/client payments. • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns. • Handle foreign remittances, including import/export of goods and services. • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. • Support in preparation of MIS reports and coordination with auditors. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (preferred). • 3–5 years of experience in accounting and compliance roles. • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software. • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax rules. • Exposure to foreign payments and cross-border accounting preferred. Work Arrangement • Flexible engagement: Full-time or part-time if they can devote a dedicate number of hours per week. • Hybrid/remote options may be considered for the right candidate.
