What You’ll Be Doing Develop and customize ERPNext (Frappe framework) for various modules , focusing on tailored solutions and integrations. Write Python scripts for backend tasks, using SQL, PostgresSQL and support data handling. Assist in data migration, system integration, and documentation of ERP processes and procedures.. Drive continuous improvements in development and operations. Make customers really happy, because that’s why we do what we do :) What lands you in this role 2-4 years of Python development, with 6-12 months on ERPNext and it’s various modules. Experience with workflows, access controls, page layout, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards design & development. Experience with one or more ERPNext modules like Buying, Stock Management, Selling, Assets, Manufacturing and Project Comfort with web frameworks (e.g, Django) and databases (MariaDB/MySQL, PostgreSQL). Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Excellent teamwork and communication skills Bonus Points JavaScript with ReactJS framework knowledge is a plus. Interest in space technology or aerospace applications. Interest in diverse tech projects beyond ERP. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
