We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to work for Ecoville The Farm and Achalare Realtors . The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging digital content that promotes real estate projects, farm events, and art & nature-based experiences. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Social Media Management Capture and edit photos/videos of events, farm activities, and real estate updates (using phone or camera). Plan and execute a consistent content calendar for both brands. Create engaging social media posts, reels, and stories to grow audience engagement. Manage brand pages on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn . Stay updated with social media trends and integrate them into content strategy. Digital Marketing Maintain and update company websites, improve SEO , and manage online listings. Execute digital campaigns, newsletters, and outreach initiatives. Track performance metrics, generate reports, and manage CRM data efficiently. Workshop & Event Promotion Promote farm workshops and events through creative content and digital campaigns. Coordinate registrations, bookings, and participant communication. Manage event listings on social media and ticketing platforms. Private Bookings & Guest Relations (Ecoville) Handle guest inquiries, manage leads, and coordinate with vendors for event bookings. Prepare agreements, secure payments, and ensure smooth event execution. Welcome guests, ensure satisfaction, collect feedback, and share insights. Key Skills Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Social Media Management . Strong photography and videography skills (mobile-based preferred). Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn marketing . Excellent communication and writing skills in English. Knowledge of CRM tools, analytics, and email marketing platforms . Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
