Engage with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. Conduct site evaluations to assess spatial dynamics and gather necessary measurements. Develop design concepts, including mood boards and 3D renderings, to visualize the proposed aesthetic and functional elements. Create detailed floor plans, layouts, and color schemes that align with the client's vision Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful project completion Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the implementation phase. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Provide post-installation support and address any client concerns or adjustments needed.
Meet clients to understand project requirements, budget, and preferences Develop mood boards, concepts, and layout plans for residential, commercial, or retail spaces Prepare detailed drawings, elevations, and 3D renders using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max Select appropriate materials, furnishings, colors, and finishes Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams to ensure design implementation Visit sites to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to design specifications Make timely modifications based on client or site feedback Maintain project documentation including BOQs, drawings, and approvals Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies
