Perform rapid triage, assess patient condition, and prioritize care in casualty and MICU. Provide immediate emergency care including CPR, airway management, trauma care, and stabilization. Administer medications, IV fluids, oxygen therapy, and emergency drugs as per doctor’s orders. Assist in procedures such as intubation, catheterization, wound care, and emergency resuscitation. Operate and monitor critical care equipment such as ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, and defibrillators. Continuously monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and treatment response and document all findings accurately. Report any critical changes in patient condition to doctors immediately. Coordinate with doctors, RMO, and healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient management. Communicate clearly with patient attendants regarding patient condition and hospital protocols. Ensure proper infection control measures and safe biomedical waste handling at all times. Maintain cleanliness, sterility, and readiness of equipment and emergency trolley. Support patient comfort, hygiene, positioning, and mobility as required. Manage and maintain drug inventory, emergency drugs, and MICU/casualty supplies. Perform patient admissions, transfers, and shift handovers with complete and clear communication. Participate in training programs, drills, and follow hospital policies, protocols, and NABH standards.
