Job Description :- Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies. Provide leadership and oversight to the finance team. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Manage internal and external audits. Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
