As a talent acquisition specialist, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements. You will play a pivotal role in providing recommendations to hiring managers and facilitating interview coordination. To ensure a seamless recruitment process, you will keep abreast of the organization's structure, personnel policies, and employment laws. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact with external employment agencies, educational institutions, and industry groups. Timely reporting on recruitment activities and conducting exit interviews for departing employees will be part of your duties. In this role, you will be required to communicate effectively with candidates about the company's information and benefits. Furthermore, you will assist in scheduling interviews, monitoring the progress of the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. The role also includes benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided meals, and health insurance. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the position may offer a performance bonus.
