The Employee Engagement Officer is responsible for designing and implementing initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture, with a focus on communication, employee well-being, and recognition programs that are in line with the organizational values. Working closely with the HR Business Partner and leadership, this role plays a key part in maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement. - Ensuring effective communication within the organization. - Planning and executing recognition programs. - Implementing well-being initiatives to support employee welfare. - Providing valuable employee insights to the leadership team. Tasks and Activities: Communication Initiatives: - Creating and reviewing engagement and satisfaction survey questions on Keka. - Distributing surveys, monitoring response rates, and sending reminders to improve participation. - Analyzing survey data, preparing insight reports, and presenting findings to the leadership. - Compiling departmental updates and achievements for the quarterly newsletter. - Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing content for the quarterly newsletter for distribution. - Coordinating HR Connect schedules, promoting sessions, and ensuring employee participation. - Organizing open forums for feedback, documenting discussions, and compiling actionable insights. - Developing a monthly content calendar for organizational updates, cultural aspects, and HR policies. Drafting communications, collaborating for input, and ensuring timely distribution. Beyond Work Initiatives: - Planning monthly events with team-building themes to provide a break from routine. - Managing event logistics, promotions, and setup. - Documenting events, capturing photos, and collecting feedback for improvement. Recognition Programs: - Defining reward criteria and processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual recognition events. - Facilitating the nomination and selection process, coordinating logistics, and organizing the events. - Sending post-event thank-you notes and distributing surveys for attendee satisfaction assessment. Success Metrics: - Pulse Survey: Achieve a 90% response rate with actionable insights shared by the 7th of each month. - Communication Management: Deliver quarterly newsletters by the last week of each quarter. Ensure a 90% participation rate in all scheduled sessions. Maintain 100% adherence to the Corporate communication schedule. - Event Management: Adhere to SOPs and event timelines with 80%+ positive feedback from attendees.,
