As an Associate Lead in the Employee Relations team with 1 - 4 years of experience, the role will be based out of the respective Development Centre. Your responsibilities will include handling Engagement initiatives & Cultural activities, Employee Emergency situations, Health & wellness programs, Induction processes, Policy Deployment and Evaluation, Internal Communication strategies, and Employee Counseling. In this role, you will also gain exposure to Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Investigations and Employee Feedback Mechanism. There may be interactions with local authorities on a need basis, hence having an understanding of the local language would be an added advantage, though not mandatory. Candidates with prior experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling will be preferred for this position. A qualification of MBA in HR is required for this role.,
