Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Spoken English Trainer located in Kochi. The trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering spoken English lessons, developing effective teaching strategies, and helping students improve their language skills and fluency. Daily tasks include conducting interactive classes, providing constructive feedback, assessing students’ performance, and preparing tailored lesson plans to meet individual and group learning needs. Qualifications Proficiency and expertise in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching methodologies Skills in Education and knowledge of effective teaching principles Excellent Writing skills to create lesson plans and written resources for learners Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to motivate and engage students with diverse learning needs Experience in language training or a related field is a plus Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred
