Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to offer customized solutions including hardware, software, networking, security, cloud, and managed services. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies Work with project and service delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
