Looking for a Senior Designer with a minimum of 4 years experience. Nature : On-site, Full time, Puducherry. Qualification: Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Architecture/Interior Design Confident with good collaboration and communication skills. Proficient in design software (2D & 3D) Excellent attention to detail and creative vision. Good knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and on site processes. Experience leading projects and working directly with clients and contractors Able to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about design Job Description: The candidate will be required to Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through design and execution stages. Oversee and mentor junior architects and design staff Collaborate with architects, project managers , and marketing teams. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines. Handle client meetings and presentations, offering design insights and recommendations. Handling the communication and work on site. Create and modify 2D drawings and detailed working drawings. Good with 3D modelling & renders for presentations.
