Job Responsibilities: ↔ Practical Skill and knowledge of Programming CNC, VMC on Fanuc controller. Exp. Working on LMW, ACE etc ↔ Planning and organising production schedules. ↔ Assessing project and resource requirements. (NPD- understanding drawing, evaluating and Validating prod., Preparing Route Card/processes) ↔ Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met by determining quality control standards overseeing production processes. ↔ Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary selecting, organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. ↔ Supervising and managing the work of junior staff. .↔ Productivity improvement through effective Kaizen, tool life history, Manpower Training, line balancing. ↔ Control of rejection and re-work.
