Job Description Designation: Pipe Fitter & Fabricator Trainer – Skill Development Centre Location: Perumbavoor Company: Emkan Skill Development Centre Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Pipe Fitter & Fabricator Trainer to train and guide students at our Skill Development Centre in Perumbavoor. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in pipe fitting and fabrication, along with the ability to instruct and supervise trainees effectively. Key Responsibilities: Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions in pipe fitting and fabrication. Demonstrate safe and efficient use of tools, equipment, and machinery. Guide trainees in developing technical skills as per industry standards. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workshop discipline. Maintain training materials, tools, and machinery in good condition. Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement. Coordinate with the Centre Supervisor and management for smooth training operations. Prepare training reports, attendance records, and skill assessments. Qualification & Experience: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Fitter trade. Minimum 5 years of experience in pipe fitting, fabrication Strong practical knowledge in fabrication, welding, and fitting operations. Good communication and mentoring skills. Prior experience in a training institute or skill development project will be an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you ready to join immediately ?
