About the job: We are looking for a Community Building Specialists who will be responsible for growing, engaging, and nurturing our online communities across platforms like Discord and Reddit. The role is perfect for someone passionate about creating meaningful interactions, driving advocacy, and scaling word-of-mouth growth. Key responsibilities: 1. Build and manage thriving communities on Discord, Reddit, and other relevant platforms. 2. Create engaging discussion topics and events to spark meaningful conversations. 3. Identify and nurture community advocates to amplify brand presence through word-of-mouth. 4. Develop content calendars, campaigns, and moderation guidelines for community channels. 5. Collaborate with product, marketing, and growth teams to integrate community insights into strategy. 6. Track community health using engagement metrics, sentiment analysis, and growth KPIs. 7. Handle community escalations with empathy, ensuring a positive and safe environment.
