About The Role As the Talent Acquisition Manager , you'll be the face of our recruitment team onsite, working closely with client stakeholders to drive hiring strategies, manage recruitment processes, and fill key technical roles. You’ll play a crucial part in building high-performing teams by identifying and attracting top tech talent. Key Responsibilities Partner with client hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent through active and passive channels. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding support. Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Provide a top-notch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Track and report recruitment metrics, sharing updates with client stakeholders regularly. Act as a strategic advisor to the client on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices. Collaborate with global recruiting teams to support cross-functional hiring initiatives as needed. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on technology and IT roles. Proven success hiring Software Engineers, Developers, Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, and other technical profiles. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean search. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Previous experience working onsite with clients to hire tech contractors is a plus.
