Role & responsibilities Achieve the sales target of assigned channels by formulating sales planning and strategies. Expand Franchise networking and develop marketing team for franchise business over all Maharashtra. Responsible for the entire sales cycle, including but not limited to regular follow-up with the current and potential clients, monitoring and collaborating with the dealers and distributors, managing the channels for the products delivery and distribution and payment collection. Plan and implement sales strategies and manage trade expenditures for assigned key customers to maximize business opportunities and product presentation as well as promote sales and profit growth. Lead & train the team for achieving the sales target. Open new franchise , Develop and maintain the relationship with them. Collate and submit regular reports to Senior Management for evaluating the performance of existing strategies and sales periodically. Perform any other duties as required related to marketing. Setting Goals and developing plans for Franchise Business and venue growth Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them Help in developing new areas and improving sales through various methods. Conduct farmers big meetings , melavas. Conduct product demonstration, field demonstration for group of farmers. Research the latest cropping areas for new market expansion and creating new opportunities to expand business.
