Embedded Software Developer

As an Embedded Systems Engineer, your role will involve analyzing and understanding the requirements of embedded systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, coding, testing, and debugging system software. It will be crucial for you to review code and design to enhance the performance of existing software. You will also need to integrate and validate new product designs, support software QA, and optimize I/O performance. In addition to this, providing post-production support when necessary and interfacing with hardware design and development will be part of your responsibilities. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Assessing third party and open source software - Keeping abreast with the latest software and computer technology - Creating and documenting software or systems specifications and requirements - Ensuring the technical feasibility, functionality, and robustness of the embedded system Qualifications required for this position are: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field - Proven experience in embedded systems development - Proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, and assembly - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and a performance bonus.
