Embedded Engineers

As an experienced Embedded Engineer with IoT expertise, your role at Talentive Global will involve acting as a trainer and mentor for new resources. You will be responsible for delivering hands-on training in real-time environments, guiding learners through practical POCs, and ensuring they are industry-ready from Day 1 to contribute on live projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Training & Mentorship** - Deliver structured training programs on Embedded Systems, IoT protocols, Firmware Development, and Cloud Integration. - Conduct daily hands-on sessions to build real-time project exposure for trainees. - Mentor and upskill resources in C, C++, Python, and Embedded Linux for IoT applications. - Provide guidance on hardware-software integration and debugging techniques. - **Real-Time POCs & Use Cases** - Design and implement mini-projects/POCs such as IoT device integration, sensor data monitoring, and edge AI use cases. - Ensure trainees participate in end-to-end workflows: from sensor data collection to edge processing to cloud dashboards. - Validate trainees" knowledge through real-time simulations and project-based assessments. - **Technical Expertise Delivery** - Train resources on industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus) and integration with IoT platforms. - Introduce concepts of time-series data handling, cloud dashboards (Grafana/ThingsBoard), and ETL pipelines. - Demonstrate firmware updates, security practices, and performance optimization in embedded systems. - **Resource Readiness** - Ensure that by the end of the training program, each resource is capable of: - Developing and deploying IoT solutions independently. - Creating quick POCs aligned with client projects. - Supporting live implementations from Day 1 on assigned projects. **Qualifications:** - Experience: 6 to 15 yrs - Strong expertise in Embedded C/C++, Python, Firmware Design, and RTOS. - Hands-on experience with IoT protocols: MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus, SPI, I2C, UART. - Experience with Embedded Linux, Edge AI (Jetson, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, etc.). - Knowledge of Cloud IoT dashboards (Azure, AWS, ThingsBoard, RoboLab, etc.). - Prior experience in training, mentoring, or leading teams is preferred.,
