Job Description

As an Embedded Hardware Engineer at Aaizel Tech, you will be a vital part of the R&D team, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge embedded systems for innovative products. Your role will involve working on system architecture, firmware development, hardware integration, and field testing to ensure high performance and reliability standards are met. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement embedded system solutions with a focus on microcontroller programming, firmware development, and hardware component integration. - Develop, test, and optimize firmware for embedded devices to ensure efficient operation and communication. - Interface with various sensors and communication modules, ensuring seamless integration and reliable data acquisition. Experience in PCB Designing is required. - Implement and manage communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, etc.) between embedded components and peripheral devices. - Perform system debugging, testing, and troubleshooting using industry-standard tools to ensure product quality. - Optimize embedded systems for performance, power efficiency, and reliability in real-world environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals effectively. - Create detailed technical documentation, including code comments, system architecture descriptions, and user manuals for internal and external use. - Participate in prototyping and field trials to validate the functionality and performance of embedded systems in operational environments. **Qualifications:** - Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - Experience: 7-8 years of experience with proficiency in C/C++ programming, ARM Cortex microcontrollers, communication protocols, debugging tools, and PCB Designing. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, ability to work independently and in a team environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in low-power embedded systems design. - Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux environments. - Previous experience in a startup or R&D-driven environment is a plus.
