As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for performing geotechnical analyses and design of foundations, embankments/cuts, tunnels, and earth retaining systems for transportation/water/energy projects. Your expertise in earthquake engineering will be crucial for evaluating liquefaction potential, conducting seismic hazard analysis, ground response analysis, and analyzing soil-structure interaction. In this role, you will be expected to prepare geotechnical memoranda, data, and design reports to effectively communicate your findings and recommendations. Providing geotechnical support during construction activities will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, conducting field inspections of geotechnical construction and overseeing geotechnical investigations and laboratory testing programs will be part of your daily tasks. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a closely related discipline. A minimum of 12 years of professional experience is required, with at least 5 years of experience specifically in Tunnel Projects. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
