Job Description

We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Expert to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should be experienced in planning, creating, and optimizing email campaigns that generate engagement, leads, and conversions.

This is a remote role, perfect for someone who wants flexibility while working with a professional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, drip sequences, etc.)
• Write compelling email copy and design responsive templates
• Set up automation workflows
• Segment email lists for targeted campaigns
• Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• A/B test subject lines, content, and designs
• Maintain and clean mailing lists
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Email Marketer or similar role
• Expertise in tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot, etc.
• Strong copywriting and design skills
• Understanding of email deliverability best practices
• Ability to analyze data and optimize performance
• Knowledge of automation, segmentation, and personalization strategies
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
