Job Description

Campaign Development and Execution:Designing and implementing email marketing campaigns, including setting up automated workflows, A/B testing, and personalized email sequences.
Content Creation:Writing engaging email copy, crafting compelling subject lines, and designing visually appealing email templates.
Audience Segmentation:Identifying and targeting specific audience segments for more effective and personalized email campaigns.
Performance Analysis:Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement.
Strategy Optimization:Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize email marketing strategies and maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Email List Management:Ensuring the accuracy and hygiene of email lists and adhering to relevant regulations and best practices.
Collaboration:Working closely with other marketing teams (content, design, sales) to align campaign goals and ensure consistent messaging.
Age limit:20 to 30.
