Position: Email Marketing Executive – B2B

Reports To: Head of Marketing / Director – Growth
Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Experience: 1-3 years in B2B Email Marketing
Salary: 2 to 3 LPA (Negotiable for deserving candidates)
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, manage, and execute B2B email campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, improving engagement, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B email marketing, marketing automation, CRM management, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Strategy & Planning
· Develop and own the overall email marketing strategy aligned with business, sales, and revenue goals.
· Plan monthly and quarterly email calendars for outreach, nurturing, onboarding, retention, and upselling.
· Identify new opportunities to increase email-driven lead generation and engagement.
2. Campaign Development & Execution
· Build, execute, and monitor B2B email marketing campaigns end-to-end.
· Implement segmentation, personalization, and targeted messaging across industries and buyer personas.
· Create drip campaigns, workflows, and automated sequences based on the customer lifecycle.
3. Marketing Automation & CRM Ownership
· Work on marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Zoho, Pardot, etc.).
· Maintain data hygiene, segmentation logic, and CRM database accuracy.
· Develop lead-scoring models, nurturing pipelines, and automation triggers for the sales funnel.
4. Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Optimization
· Define and monitor key KPIs: open rate, CTR, conversions, MQLs, SQLs, and ROI.
· Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and CTAs.
· Prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
5. Compliance & Deliverability Management
· Ensure all email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and global email marketing policies.
· Optimize email deliverability, domain reputation, and sender health.
· Monitor bounce rates, spam risks, and actively prevent blacklisting.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
· Coordinate with the Sales team to align campaigns with lead-generation strategies.
· Support business development initiatives with targeted email communication and follow-up sequences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B email marketing.
· Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (Brevo, MailerLite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, SendGrid, etc.).
· Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
· Knowledge of email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
· Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
· Understanding of B2B customer behaviour and sales cycle.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in SaaS, HR Services, IT Services, Consulting, or other B2B sectors.
· Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for email template optimization.
· Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
