Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and brand awareness.
• Create compelling email content including subject lines, copy, and visuals.
• Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align messaging.
• Maintain and grow the email subscriber database.
• Use tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms for campaign execution.

Pay: ₹8,593.40 - ₹20,000.00 per month
