Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and support revenue growth. Youll manage end-to-end email campaignsfrom strategy and segmentation to content creation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Create engaging and personalized email content and subject lines. Manage the day-to-day execution of email campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and automated lifecycle emails. Segment email lists based on behaviors, demographics, and engagement data. Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance (e.g., subject lines, CTAs, send times). Maintain and grow email subscriber lists in compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Monitor and report on email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Recommend and implement improvements to increase email deliverability and ROI. Certification in email marketing or digital marketing tools/platforms. Experience with e-commerce, B2B, or SaaS email marketing strategies. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and Excel/Google Sheets.
