We are looking for an experienced ELV Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team and support the sales function with strong technical expertise in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The role involves collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to design and propose cost-effective, technically robust solutions across various ELV domains including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, BMS, and more. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop suitable ELV system solutions. Design and prepare system layouts, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical proposals for: CCTV & Surveillance Systems Access Control & Intercom Systems Fire Alarm Systems Public Address & Voice Evacuation Systems Structured Cabling (Data & Voice) Conduct site surveys and hold meetings with clients to gather technical requirements. Prepare and deliver solution demonstrations, technical presentations, and proofs of concept. Provide value engineering recommendations and propose cost-effective alternatives during proposal development. Coordinate with procurement and design teams to ensure timely, accurate project costing. Assist in the preparation and submission of RFPs/RFQs, tender documentation, and compliance matrices. Keep abreast of the latest ELV technologies, industry standards, and market trends. Liaise with vendors and distributors to obtain technical catalogs, pricing updates, and support. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related discipline. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ELV system design and pre-sales. Strong understanding of system integration for security, communication, and automation solutions. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and ELV-specific design tools. Experience with major ELV brands such as Honeywell, Bosch, Hikvision, Axis, etc., is advantageous. Good knowledge of international standards (NFPA, BS, ANSI, etc.) and local regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple bids and proposals simultaneously. Preferred Certifications (Optional): IT/Networking certifications like CCNA, especially for IP-based ELV systems. Work Environment: Primarily office-based with regular site visits and client meetings. Fast-paced, project-driven work environment with tight submission deadlines.

Must be able to work on complex costing sheets covering Material, Engineering, Operations, and Subcon costs. Skill in articulating offered solutions in a structured way through high-standard technical proposal documents. Must have a strong network with the 3rd party vendors in India. Must be a quick learner & keen on problem-solving techniques. Proficient in written and verbal communication. Must be a good team player.
