Skills & Experience - Frontend Development (3–6+ years) with strong expertise in React.js and/or Vue.js - Experience building SaaS web applications involving complex UI widgets, animations, charts, and responsive layouts - Working knowledge of Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern design practices - Proficiency using AI-assisted tools (like Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up development - Ability to translate user stories into interactive frontends, with direct client/stakeholder communication - Strong problem-solving and exploration mindset—comfortable trying new frameworks or technologies quickly - Good eye for UI/UX detail, consistency, and accessibility - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience with requirement gathering and analysis for building scalable frontend modules Key Responsibilities - Work as an individual contributor and report directly to the CTO - Translate business/user requirements into technical implementation and UI logic - Own the end-to-end frontend development lifecycle: environment setup, component design, integration, and testing - Explore new libraries and frameworks when necessary—try fast, fail fast - Develop, test, and maintain complex UI elements, data visualizations, dashboards, and client-side logic - Communicate clearly with backend engineers, designers, and stakeholders to align expectations - Handle multiple parallel tasks and deliver on tight timelines - Be accountable for your deliverables and go the extra mile when needed to meet deadlines Good To Haves - Experience with design systems and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Material UI) - Experience with frontend testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Jest) - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows - Understanding of performance optimization techniques for frontend applications
