We’re not a therapy replacement. We’re a platform that empowers users and psychologists alike to make emotional wellness accessible, data-driven, and stigma-free. 💻 Role Overview We’re looking for a highly skilled React Native Developer who can build, test, and launch mobile applications that work seamlessly across iOS and Android. You’ll work directly with the founder and our senior full-stack engineer to bring ELMA’s fully prototyped Figma MVP to life. This is a hands-on role — perfect for someone who wants to own their work, build something meaningful, and grow with a real product. 🧩 What You’ll Do Convert our detailed Figma prototype into a fully functional React Native app. Ensure pixel-perfect UI that reflects ELMA’s brand identity and motion logic. Integrate APIs, handle secure authentication, and optimize performance. Work closely with backend developers for real-time API testing. Debug, test, and deploy apps to the Play Store and App Store. Ensure full responsiveness, cross-platform stability, and smooth animations. 🎯 Required Skills 3+ years of experience in React Native (cross-platform development). Proven track record of shipping live mobile apps (links to stores preferred). Strong understanding of Redux / Context API , Hooks, and RESTful APIs. Knowledge of Firebase / Node.js / MongoDB integrations preferred. Experience with app store submissions, OTA updates , and build optimization. Excellent debugging skills, UI eye, and independent problem-solving ability. 🌟 Preferred Based in or around Jaipur for hybrid work. Prior startup or early-stage experience.
