Role & responsibilities 1. Business Development & Partnerships Identify and develop new business opportunities with international universities, colleges and institutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational partners, stakeholders and agents. Negotiate agreements and collaborations to expand the companys network. 2. Student Recruitment & Conversions Plan and implement strategies to achieve student recruitment targets. Guide students through the admissions process, including course selection, applications, and visa requirements. Monitor lead generation and conversion rates, ensuring quality counselling and high conversion ratios. 3. Marketing & Promotions Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online/offline) to promote study-abroad opportunities. Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and digital campaigns. 4. Market Research & Strategy Conduct market analysis to identify trends in international education. Develop strategies to enter new markets and strengthen the companys brand presence. Keep updated with immigration policies, admission criteria, and education trends. 5. Team Leadership & Training Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team. Conduct training sessions for counsellors to improve service quality and conversions. Monitor performance, set targets, and ensure goal achievement. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales and business development abilities. Knowledge of international education systems, courses, and visa processes. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Proactive, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
