Key Responsibilities 1.⁠ ⁠Market Development •⁠ ⁠Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers in the assigned region. •⁠ ⁠Conduct regular market visits to understand trade dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activities. 2.⁠ ⁠Sales & Order Management •⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. •⁠ ⁠Collect and process orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order dispatch and stock availability. 4.⁠ ⁠Relationship & Feedback Management •⁠ ⁠Maintain strong relationships with key trade partners. •⁠ ⁠Collect regular feedback from the market regarding product performance, design trends, and pricing. •⁠ ⁠Share structured market reports with the Regional Head weekly. Desired Candidate Profile •⁠ ⁠Experience: 2–5 years in B2B or channel sales (preferably in footwear, apparel, or FMCG). •⁠ ⁠Skills: * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Knowledge of local market dynamics * Self-motivated with the ability to travel extensively * Basic MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting proficiency Compensation & Benefits •⁠ ⁠Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & region) •⁠ ⁠Incentives: Performance-based incentives and quarterly bonuses •⁠ ⁠Allowances: Travel and mobile reimbursement Work Locations (Initial Phase) •⁠ ⁠East India: Siliguri, Guwahati, Bhubaneswar, Durgapur, Patna, Ranchi, in and around West Bengal. •⁠ ⁠Central India: Raipur, Bilaspur, Jabalpur, Nagpur
