Looking for Video Editor role for Real Estate company based out at Sector 54,Gurgaon. Location: Sector 54, Gurgaon Industry: Real Estate Experience Required: 1-3 Years Salary: Up to 40,000 per month Working Days - 6 Days (Monday Fixed Off) About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in professional video editing tools, the ability to transform raw footage into compelling visual stories, and an eye for aesthetics to match our brand and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Edit and assemble recorded raw material into finished projects suitable for marketing, sales, and promotional use. Create engaging property walkthrough videos, promotional reels, and social media content tailored for the real estate industry. Work with the creative and marketing team to bring ideas to life through visual storytelling. Add effects, graphics, sound, and music to enhance video quality. Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and are optimized for multiple platforms. Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines. Required Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant video editing tools. Strong understanding of color correction, sound design, transitions, and motion graphics. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams. Creativity and attention to detail with a strong visual sense. Knowledge of video formats, compression techniques, and delivery standards for social media & digital platforms. Eligibility: 1-3 years of proven experience in video editing (preferably in the real estate or related industries). Strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work. Bachelors degree in Film Studies, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
