Skills in database management using SQL and NoSQL, as well as experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, are preferred. Moreover, the candidate should be proficient in version control tools such as Git, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and leadership skills are crucial for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.
