Job Requirements:Interior design and FF&E knowledge are a must.Proficiency in technical drawings and cabinet installation processes.Familiarity with Google SketchUp and other 3D visualization tools.Self-motivated with a drive to be the best.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, layout, Enscape, MS Office, and other design software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A go-to person for any design discussion or conundrum.Ability to conduct on-site observations and provide actionable recommendations. Professional Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's degree in B.Arch/B.Des (B.E. candidates with interior design industry experience are also welcome).1 - 2 years of experience in the design industry, specifically in residential interiors.Familiarity with modular technology, civil works, and services.Proficiency in Google SketchUp, AutoCAD, MS Office, and other design tools. We are seeking a skilled, committed, detail-oriented Interior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing interior construction projects from conception to completion, finishes, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines and budgets Role Requirements: Will be working on-site with responsibility for the overall and simultaneous execution of multiple residential interior projects Should report to Business head and Designer To handle material effectively. Supervise labour to ensure proper finishing of work. To execute the work as per quotation. To prepare a required material list at the site. Coordinating with the subcontractors, supervisors, and general workforce. Completing the projects in a timely manner within pre-determined budgets and quality standards Check site work status and approve labour payments To be in frequent communication and share daily updates with the Project manager Professional Qualifications: Certification in Interior Design or a related discipline (B.Des or B.E. Civil candidates with interior design industry experience ) Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Execution side of the Interior Industry, specifically in residential interiors.
