ELITE CRM SYSTEMS ARCHITECT & SCALABILITY MANAGER

As the Chief Systems & Pipeline Manager (CSVM) at The Credle Group, your primary mission is to oversee and optimize the backend systems supporting 60+ closings per month and facilitate national expansion. Your key responsibilities include: - CRM Mastery (Lofty/KVCore): Take full ownership of pipelines, tagging schema, and status management. Implement and audit Lofty SmartPlans and KVCore Smart Campaigns. - Data Sourcing & Integrity: Extract data daily from platforms such as Remine, Bright MLS, and Data247. Proficiency in CSV cleanup, import logic, and pipeline assignment is required. - Full Automation Build-Out: Design, test, and troubleshoot 5 Micro-Funnels and implement all Zapier/Make automations for lead routing across various categories. - Lead Scoring & Reporting: Implement the lead scoring system, generate the Daily Hot Lead Report, and ensure prompt routing of hot leads to the ISA (VA #2). - Financial Integration: Manage contact sync with TotalExpert for refinance and lending pipelines while ensuring compliance standards are met. - Content Integration: Upload approved media assets into the CRM library for email/text use. In addition to the technical skills required for this role, you must have expertise in Lofty CRM, KVCore/BoldTrail, Remine, and proficiency in TotalExpert, Zapier/Make, and Google Sheets with advanced formulas. The compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $500 to $1000 USD per month based on location, with additional performance bonuses tied to appointments kept and closed deals. Candidates with certified Lofty/KVCore experience are eligible for higher compensation. This is a full-time, permanent position with the flexibility to work from home. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in Lofty/KVCore Smart Campaigns, experience in data aggregation from platforms like Remine or Bright MLS, ability to build multi-step Zaps for automation, and commitment to U.S. EST business hours.
