The Club Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations and performance of the club. This role demands a hands-on leader who can seamlessly manage staff, uphold service quality, handle all administrative and maintenance requirements, and act as the primary point of contact for client needs. You will be the face of the club, ensuring smooth operation from opening to closing. 1-2+ years of management experience in a hospitality environment is required. Proven ability to handle financial tasks (cash management, daily reconciliation, payroll input). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure (managing guest incidents or equipment failures). Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead a team and engage with clientele.
