Role: Business Development Head / Product Business Owner for Pro-Audio Video and Surveillance Function Department: Sales Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Open to candidates willing to relocate) Contribution: Individual as well as through team Job Description: As the Business Development head (BDH) or Product Business Owner (PBO) you will be responsible for owning and implementing the day-to-day activities of the company's relationship with OEM’s, Internal team, partner and customer. This will include managing OEM relationship, and solutions offerings and working closely with OEM teams to generate strategic opportunities for sell across target verticals and geographies You Will: Develop, define, and execute the product roadmap for Pro-AV and Surveillance for Vendors. Customers for these experiences include vendors, SI’s, B2B sales and resellers. A dynamic and competent Product Manager to become the eyes and ears of our clients and translate their needs into the world’s best solutions as per our OEM product Stack. You will work closely with the OEM team, as well as customer or partner technical, solutions design and business development, sales team to come up with the best strategy for product features and roadmap to solve on-ground customer problems as per your OEM product domain. You will be accountable for the entire product lifecycle and P&L owner, right from stock planning till billing phases. You will be accountable for monthly / quarterly / annually revenue & billing targets Clear understanding of commercial, business process and CRM. Techno-commercial person with understanding of distribution business. Should be Self Driven & Motivated Salesperson with Can Do Attitude. Should be from enterprise sales or partner background. Experience presenting and negotiating orders in the range of Rs 1 to 3 Crores or equivalent. Ability to build a Sales and technical team Familiar with consultant / SI / End Customer PAN INDIA and SAARC region. Good OEM relationship with proven track record Consistently meet or exceed sales budgets, forecast, and company objectives. Experience & Knowledge: · Min 7 -10 years of Enterprise Pro-AV and Surveillance Sales · Domain knowledge in TCP/IP & cloud-based AV applications including PAVA, Auditorium, Commercial conferencing, NoC and SoC and Video Wall Set-up. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: · Must Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Commence etc. with MBA is degree preferred. · Desirable: · Prior experience selling Pro-AV, PAVA and Surveillance products.
