Knowledge on DevOps with cloud native platform. Understanding on android and iOS platform mobile app development. Manage application Security posture and roadmap. Responsible for IT assets and Inventory management. SPOC for escalation management (App related issues onsite employees and client). Co-ordinating with IT vendors for quick resolution and reducing time. Working with management for various reports, dashboards, and app feature requirements. Responsible for all organization wide application support and management. Secondary Responsibilities Managing IT business projects and partnering for process optimisation. Responsible for managing Hardware, Networking and Server without/minimal disruption to business with help of support team. Minimum Educational Qualification Graduation / BE/BTech preferably in computer science. Experience & Required Specialized Knowledge 5+ years of experience in app architecture design and development and with vendor development team management and Exposure to enterprise application like ERP, CRM, HRIS integration etc.

Purpose of the Job Role The overall purpose is to manage end to end sales & business development across existing/new verticals in assigned geography. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for developing new business through cold calling and scheduled meetings. Responsible for identification of prospects, developing pipeline for contract business and banqueting sales. Working closely cross functionally during RFP submission, proposals till operational integration. Cold calling, scheduling, and meetings with prospective clients on daily basis. Regular meetings with existing clients for strengthening relationship & new business development opportunities. Ensuring daily food services /Banqueting sales, contracts are signed after proper due diligence and adhering to approval matrix/ set processes. Being SPOC for clients and Elior for pre & post sales issues/escalations. Responsible for building and updating existing and prospective clients database. Ensuring 2/24 practices (response within 2 hours and resolutions in 24 hours) for any queries/communication from clients. Ensuring the existing clients are retained and developing business new sectors /new territories in assigned geography. Minimum Educational Qualification Graduate/MBA Number of Years of Experience & Required Specialized Knowledge Overall, 10+ years of experience in B2B sales & business development from Preferred industries like Food Services, Catering, Hotels & Hospitality and facilities. Required Skills Good communication skill, understanding of geography, customer contacts. Strong on interpersonal relationships. Good hands-on experience in MS-Excel and MS-Word will be added advantage.

Purpose of the Job Role The overall purpose is to supervise and manage all activities related to the companys QHSE (Quality, Safety, Health , Environment ) under the guidance of reportee. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for QHSE Governance with hands on approach through working closely with Production and Operations team. Responsible for reporting of data related to QHSE/ Safety initiatives for management review. Reviewing the work safety tools, employee adherence and effectiveness. Building QHSE team capability through identification development areas and mentoring the team to achieve the goals. Responsible for Internal audit & Compliances as per FSSAI, RFP, Client, Vendor and ISO as per requirement. Supporting clients for their external 3rd party certifications like ISO22000, ISO 45001, BCMS, and ISO 14001 standards. Vendor Improvement Plan with alignment with local food safety regulations. Analyse training requirements, developing a training plan and impactful training materials. Holding regular review meeting with Clients, Team and stakeholders to achieve the QHSE agenda and compliances. Working on the infrastructure related snags to raise the QHSE scoring benchmark with co-ordination with Admin Team. Working with of health care practitioners/consultants on nutritional management for a client. Minimum Educational Qualification Graduation in Food technology, Food science, Hotel management, Catering & Hospitality, Bio-Technology with good Knowledge of HACCP and FSSAI compliances. Number of Years of Experience & Required Specialized Knowledge 5-7 years of experience in driving QHSE agenda with team management from Food and Beverages(F&B) Industry preferably from Food services/Catering/Restaurants chain. Good working knowledge on excel & power point

Purpose of the Job Role The overall purpose is to ensure upkeeping of the offices, responsible for kitchen equipments, infrastructure maintenance and facilities and partnering with line managers for smooth functioning of day to business with Zero disruption. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for Housekeeping and cleanliness of the premises. Responsible for maintaining robust/ active database of relevant vendors and vendor management (sourcing till payment as per contract/as agreed). Responsible to ensure all electro-mechanical daily maintenances and AMCs in place Responsible for managing staff accommodations (sourcing rental accommodation, rental agreement, payment, staff facilities etc.) Responsible for security of the premises by right deployment of security personnel/ Devices as appropriate with proper documentations Working with management/HO-team for various relevant reporting/requirements Secondary Responsibilities Managing any general admin/infrastructure projects and partnering for expansion / relocation /resource optimisation etc. Minimum Educational Qualification Must have completed Graduation. Number of Years of Experience & Required Specialized Knowledge 4 to 6 years of experience in general admin, preferably from Food Industry/ Catering/ Hotel/ Manufacturing set up and willing ness to take challenges and address proactively. Required Skills Good communication skills, fluency in Kannada & Hindi. High on interpersonal skills, should be good with problem solving and ownership.
