Role & responsibilities Support end-to-end PMS client onboarding, including application checks, KYC verification, coordination with custodians, and maintaining onboarding trackers. Prepare periodic client reports, statements, and portfolio summaries with accuracy and share them with clients on time. Coordinate with internal teams such as Compliance, Investment, Sales, and Operations to collect data and complete client requests. Share required information and documents with custodians, brokers, auditors, and other external authorities. Rack payments to all vendors, maintain payment logs, and coordinate with Finance for timely processing. Maintain operational logs, MIS, and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements. Handle day-to-day operational tasks such as data entry, updating spreadsheets, tracking requests, and filing documents. Provide support during audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory submissions. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Freshers or candidates with up to 2-3 years of experience in operations, finance, PMS, wealth management, or administrative roles. Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with teams and external partners. High attention to detail, organised work style, and strong follow-up abilities. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable handling data and documentation. Quick learner with a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to take ownership of tasks. Ability to multitask, adhere to timelines, and maintain accuracy. Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality of client and business information.
