The Role This is not your typical marketing job. As Marketing Executive (Founder’s Office) , you will work directly with the founder to execute creative campaigns, analyze performance, and bring new ideas to life across online and offline platforms. You’ll have your hands in everything—from photoshoots to packaging design to influencer collabs and even guerrilla marketing. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and offline media Oversee daily brand communication—stories, reels, ads, DMs, emailers Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators for visual assets Help organize product launches, events, and influencer seeding Conduct trend research and competitor benchmarking Maintain a marketing calendar in sync with production, sales, and outlet teams Assist in performance tracking and reporting (reach, engagement, conversions) Be a strong right-hand to the founder in brainstorming new ideas every week Who You Are 1–2 years of experience in marketing (F&B/D2C brands preferred, freshers with strong portfolios also welcome) Strong written and verbal communication in English Highly creative with a structured, get-things-done attitude Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Sheets, Instagram Insights, etc. Eye for design and storytelling Interest in food, branding, and consumer psychology Willing to work from our kitchen/head office and visit outlets regularly Why Join Us? Your work will involve collaborating with the founder and the marketing team to produce engaging and aesthetically pleasing content that resonates with the brand's target audience of Gen-Z and millennials. **Key Responsibilities:** - Capture high-quality photos and videos of desserts, people, and cafe interiors. - Manage short-form content creation for platforms like Reels and Stories. - Ensure proper lighting, framing, and color grading to maintain the Eleven aesthetic. - Edit and finalize content for social media posts, Reels, and campaign videos. - Produce short, story-driven videos for product launches and marketing campaigns. - Plan shoot calendars aligned with upcoming launches. - Brainstorm innovative content styles and trends for the brand's Instagram account. - Assist in content posting and maintaining brand tone and visuals on social media platforms. **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience in photo and video production, preferably within the F&B or lifestyle brands industry. - Basic editing skills using software like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or VSCO. - A keen eye for composition, color, and storytelling in visual content. - Flexibility for regular shoots at Eleven Bakehouse outlets located in Orion Mall, Bhartiya Mall, and Indiranagar. - Genuine passion for desserts, aesthetics, and social media.
