The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of event planning and execution, ensure logistical efficiency, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and vendors. The role involves strategic planning, supervising an operations team, and ensuring that all events meet the high standards of Elevate Experience. Qualifications Project Management, Budget Management, and Logistical Coordination skills Client and Vendor Management experience Leadership and Team Management skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Event Planning and Execution expertise Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field Experience in the event industry is a plus
