Seeking an experienced Interior Studio Manager Sales to lead showroom operations,drive client engagement, and boost sales.Must have strong design knowledge,team leadership, and clienthandling skills. 5-10years’ experience in interior sales preferred. 1. Design and Planning Develop creative and functional design concepts that meet client needs, preferences, and budget. Prepare detailed floor plans, layouts, elevations, and 3D visualizations. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor elements. Ensure designs comply with safety, building codes, and accessibility standards. 2. Client Interaction Meet with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and lifestyle. Present design proposals, mood boards, and material samples for approval. Communicate design progress and adjustments based on client feedback. 3. Project Coordination Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. Oversee site execution to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained. Manage timelines and budgets throughout the project lifecycle. R Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Experience: 1–5 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar tools. Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, materials, and lighting design.
