Job Title: Service Engineer Location: Remote (Pune, Maharashtra, India) Department: Service & Support Industry: Healthcare / Medical Equipment Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Service Engineer to manage the installation, demonstration, maintenance, and servicing of IVF Lab equipment The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer support, coordinating with the head office, and contributing to turnkey lab setups Key Responsibilities: Install and demonstrate IVF Lab equipment at customer locations Submit weekly service reports to the Head Office every Friday as per the Service Reporting Protocol Attend to and resolve service complaints as assigned by the Service Manager Coordinate with the Head Office to ensure timely customer support Conduct maintenance and repair of installed equipment as needed Participate in all equipment demonstration activities Handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for all equipment in coordination with the Service Coordinator Participate in the validation and certification process of IVF laboratories Assist the Projects Team with the setup and commissioning of Turnkey IVF Lab projects Submit a detailed monthly expense report by the 5th of each month for the previous months expenditures Plan travel and request tour advances by submitting a proper travel itinerary Travel extensively to customer sites for installation, service, and maintenance support Qualifications: Diploma / b-sc / b-tech / BE / ITI in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
