Job Description

You have been invited to apply for the position of Electronics Trainer on an hourly basis through the Skill Trainer Empanelment Programme (STEP) in ASAP Kerala. **Role Overview:** As an Electronics Trainer, you will be part of the Skill Trainer Empanelment Programme (STEP) aimed at developing a technical trainer pool from various backgrounds such as faculty, working professionals, postgraduate students, diploma holders, and graduates in Electronics. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver training in higher order courses offered by ASAP Kerala. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct training sessions for students in the field of Electronics. - Provide guidance and support to enhance students" understanding of the subject matter. - Create a conducive learning environment that fosters skill development. - Assess the progress of students and provide feedback for improvement. **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma or Graduates in Electronics or related field. - Inclination towards training students. - Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam are preferred. If selected, you will undergo an online interview and training process to become a Technical Skill Development Executive (SDE) under the part-time mode of empanelment.
