As a Technical Document Writer at GVR Technolabs Pvt Ltd, an Information Technology services company, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Collecting information related to a project from the project leader/system manager. - Understanding the provided data and preparing the document using the latest version of Word/LaTeX and interactive software. - Suggesting any required improvements in the document format. - Assigning a control number to each document. - Establishing connections between different documents through appendix numbers. - Properly indexing all documents. - Checking the prepared documents for accuracy. - Submitting the prepared document to the project leader/system manager. - Revising the document based on feedback from the project leader/system manager. - Ensuring timely submission of the prepared document. - Maintaining version control document with traceability and repository of all versions. Qualifications required for this position include: - B.Tech/BE in Electronics Engineering - Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience working in science/engineering projects Skills required for this role: - Microsoft Project - Linux/Unix, Ubuntu/equivalent - OpenOffice, LibreOffice, LaTeX, web-based tools - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Technical writing - User guide creation - Manual preparation At GVR Technolabs Pvt Ltd, the company specializes in the design, deployment, and management of hardware and software applications and technology infrastructures.
